Do you offer customized options?
Customized options are available for orders of 10 or more, please send an e-mail to service@the-perfectionist.com with your inquiry. You will receive a response within 24 hours of your request.
Do you have collaboration options?
First, thank you for your interest! We would love to collaborate with you! Send your information in the contact section and we would be happy to reach out within 48 hours!
What if I am not satisfied with the items?
If you are unhappy with your item, we would love the opportunity to make it right! Please, reach out to: service@the-perfectionist.com with your concerns and they will be addressed as soon as possible!
What is your refund/exhange policy?
With the exception of the custom items, you have the option to exchange or receive a full refund for the items you are unhappy with. However, again, if there is an opportunity to make things right, it will be taken seriously!
